Work in mnc, startups are cheap. By working in mnc , u will focus on work only rest things will be handled by company, no external stress.
Yes thats the plus point. But one thing there is the office politics that I have heard. Is it true? Does that affect someone's perfoemance ?
I may disagree with your principle, but you can also disagree with what I am about to say. When you can, you should change jobs as much as you can and find the best possible place that will give you the compensation you deserve. Especially in the tech industry which is ever changing. I tell you that loyalty is not rewarded that much here. But be loyal to yourself at least!
Complete 1 year and start looking if you want but try to choose the next company which is stable where you can stay 2 years.
Also please mention yoe, how many switch you have done till now. Etc.
If you are getting calls then this will not matter much but they might ask you, you can just tell the truth, it won't be a big issue.

You can look for other jobs once u complete 1 yr u can switch. But yeah try to switch to a mnc. Would be much more better
If your current company is financially stable, then you might want to expand your career there and stay. If you want to take on new challenges outside, then go ahead. Your reasons were all valid so you'll be fine.
