After joining pwc I got rejection on my 1st project interview as it was different then my skill set. Is it going to effect my career here?. What happened if I get reject on my 2nd interview also Im feeling bit nervous

How easy or difficult if will be to switch from chemical company working on polymers/nanomaterials to a tech company working on something similar for a Ph.D. professional. I have seen few postings at FAANG companies for Materials Engineer positions but none of them respond. Do they have many applicants or referral is usually required? Also, I am new here. I’ve had three interviews for an internal position over a period of about 6 weeks The last was over a week ago. And I can’t get the HR rep to even return an email or a TEAMS chat as to a ballpark when a decision may be made. VERY frustrating. Even just a “we will be making a decision soon”. Or whatever would be nice. I feel disrespected.

Got the confirmation email from Seyfarth that I didnt get selected for the second round. Any prediction for h1b FY22 look like?
