Wish you could put pay raise on the resume (yearly % increase). Why? My title hasn't changed in a while but I'm getting pay bumps at every review . I make more than ACDs and some CDs at my agency (fact checked). A result of the ECD (the one to approve promotions) not caring for the account I'm on so no visibility. Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.
