Company XYZ had me do 4 interviews with 6 different people in July & August. After the last interview, the recruiter tells me the job is now on hold until Jan. I told him I was fine with that. He said I only had 1 more interview with the CEO. Sunday, I get an announcement LinkedIn that XYZ hired Joe Q to this job. I reached out to the recruiter. Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Looking for some expert opinions.

Dual role position for a sub-specialist. It’s a very busy role that includes surgery scheduling , prior auths for surgeries and tests, referrals, returning patient calls regarding their surgeries, and to add to it, reviewing the schedules for out 2 Mds, 2 PA’s, & NP. They want everything done quickly but with also close attention to details but with absolutely no overtime. Right now I make less than I feel appropriate but it’s also more than the other clerical jobs in our corporation.

This is regarding income tax proof submission.
I Joined UST on Nov'21 and before UST I was not under any tax slabs. I had only 1 LIC premium being deducted on monthly basis. Though I declared the LIC amount from April 2021 to March 2022. I have still got LIC statements till Dec2021 only.
Also planning to invest in ELSS and term insurance by Jan end. While i only submitted LIC in investment declaration form.

This is for those who work in small to medium sized marketing agencies. Curious what your client hourly rates are, I know some agencies base off of position level but trying to get a gage for research purposes for my company.

Every PM job posting I see in big tech/FAANG requires a MINIMUM of 5+ years experience, and a large portion even require 7+ years. Most of the associate/rotational PM roles require 3+ years and some require 5+. Yet it seems like every 24 year old I know that went to a target school is now a PM in big tech… am I the only one confused?

The PM role is disappearing in many places—often being absorbed by other disciplines (I’d argue unwisely but that’s another post). How do we futureproof our careers? Which skills, job trajectory, etc?

I took a JR Pm role due to lack of agency experience but I find that the other PMs aren’t doing anything that I’m not & due to lack of leadership, resourcing & foresight I have had to step up and own rooms with no mentorship/guidance. I feel like I was duped and brought in on a jr role w/regular PM asks &no aupport. I was approached by another agency for an associate Pm position. Reaching out for any advice on questions to ask to truly assess resourcing, support and autonomy at a new place. Thx!
