Hi everyone, I’m currently in the final stages of interviews for an apprenticeship at a big tech company. When I asked for the compensation range the recruiter gave me a flat number.

If they extend an offer should I negotiate even though it’s an apprenticeship? They continued to reiterate there would be options for conversion to full time at 6 months and 9 months.

Any helpful strategies?

I had an interview where the interviewer was acting extremely weird-almost as if she was trying to deter me from wanting the position. I shared about it in another bowl and many people suggested reaching out to the recruiter. After a lot of anxiety and overthinking, I reached out. I am currently working as a L3 HR associate partner and is looking to move into a L4 HR partner role but my manager keeps saying I should shadow someone in order to know whether the L4 role is for me.
