I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

Experienced attorney recruiters in the southeast: I’m strategically growing my group. We all run a full desk but work very closely as a team with lots of split deals. I like to think I’m a pretty decent manager, I work for a truly amazing company, and we have a lot to offer, both in terms of compensation and lifestyle. If you’re interested in learning more, DM me.

Who created this group? Do they actually have any recruiters following it? From the top ten or so posts, it looks like no one really answers any questions. That’s a bummer.

Crossposted. Looking for advice. I’ve got 10+ years as an attorney and have been trying to go in house for over a year. I have a generalist background (although I’m primarily a litigator) and was a partner at an Amlaw 100 firm. I’ve had my resume reviewed and keep getting great feedback. Not getting many interviews and when I do, I’m not getting offers despite positive interviews. How do I differentiate myself? Should I get some sort of certification or specialty? This is getting depressing.

Is being a legal recruiter very cut throat? Obviously you're competing with recruiters from other recruiting firms, but given it's a commission based model, I would think there's some level of cut throatness even within the same recruiting firm. The fact that it seems like the recruiter market is pretty saturated, as well, probably doesn't help? Any insights/experiences would be appreciated, thanks!
