Hi everyone! I'm looking to emerge into the IT tech field and have recently completed the CompTIA A+ as well as Okta and Google certifications. I currently work in customer service and utilize a lot of tech and SaaS tools but other then training for the certifications I have very little experience as an IT administrator. I just landed an interview with a San Francisco based tech company as an IT engineer, and I'm looking for any interview advice and salary suggestions if I'm asked? Thanks!

Currently an Associate at Booz making $75k in DC. 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst on software dev projects. Had an offer for $100k with Accenture but they have went cold/MIA. Have an interview with Guidehouse next week for IT/Business Strategy, Senior Consultant. Wondering how much I should ask for? I was thinking $90-100k range? Too high? On glassdoor it shows a huge range of $74k-140k for SC’s.

Just went to San Diego for a weekend getaway from LA. Seriously considering a move to what is clearly the superior SoCal city. But are there any decent creative shops there?

Looking to relocate to the Las Vegas area and trying to get a feel for what pay would be for a dialysis technician with 10years experience.

What is cool about San Diego? We will scuba dive but other than that it seems like it’s just another city and maybe we’re better off staying around Borrego Springs and the more rural desert area.
