Hi everyone! I’m only 4 years into my career and I’m not sure what exact business management field I want to go into.

I work in business management and Im currently work in strategy and pricing and like it. I worked in finance and stock market previously but I absolutely hated it.

I want something in business management, I’m creative, enjoy talking to people and I also enjoy a bit of numbers and analysis.

I’m considering either project management or HR but I would like to hear options?

Why not just stay in your present field if you like it?

Many people do not like what they do.

like

Why didn’t you like market/finance?

Too much numbers and analysis. Not enough networking. It was also very repetitive work

Hi all,
Please help me understand if I should accept this position or not?
I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. For doing all this they have not even clearly offered me a promotion, raise or a change in position. What should I do?

Please help🙏🏻

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's ALM in Management. They both have the same requirements (generally speaking) including a capstone course that serves as a field immersion course with the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Hi everyone,

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.
