As the company i am trying to apply need joining
in 60 days
And they are saying they will schedule the
interview only when they will have any
confirmation for joining within 60 days.
And i have still not resigned.

I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next? Should i be waiting for the HR to connect or should I reach out to them directly.

If a job posting says 2 yrs experience, is that a firm cutoff? Can you apply if you have more than 2 yrs experience?

How one can come to know whether the BgC is successful.
I was interviewed in March and uploaded all my docs in April and joined tcs in Sept.
My offer letter was released twice because of mismatch in experience by HR.
So my BGC is not scheduled after accepting offer letter 2nd time.

The person I’m seeing has been responding to my texts days later (only a recent development) and it’s making me anxious. My advisor called my medical accommodation a “benefit” when bringing up their frustration about two people in my team taking vacation at the same time so FA will have to be in office those days.
I literally had nothing to do with their issue. They were like “well what if you decide you need t work from home that day?”

My unit recently changed their LIK policy. We were originally able to use LIK for 2 nights (Friday night, Saturday night) if you live under 50 miles. Now we have to live 150+ miles out in order to get 2 nights. The memo was signed by a one star.
