It has been more than 3 weeks since I have appeared for an interview for Infosys and have also submitted all the documents after clearing 2 rounds of interview but till now I have not got any response from HR. When I have tried to contact her I am getting an automatic reply that she is on leave for 15,16 and 17 even though I emailed her 4 days back. What should I do now?

Next week I’m having my first lateral interview as a junior associate. I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. I have an interview on Friday, if they hire me and I take it, I’m leaving a toxic work environment, very poor management and nosy coworkers for another Union job but I feel better RBI’s new job will have better work relations, room for growth and better management. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?

Would you lie to get an offer from dream company? Let’s say you did pretty good at interview, and the company (Google) is willing to give you an offer, but team lead at the end of interview asks you about GPA or experience on your resume, etc. Like in reality you got GPA 2.0, but u told them your GPA is 3.5 Would you take a risk and lie?
