Hi I got IBM offer, in the offer letter it shows my base location as Bangalore. But my hometown is chennai, when i requested the HR they mentioned that first day I have to report to bangalore and when i asked reg project Location they say we will know that post joining only. So in this case will I get a chennai project or i should stay with Bangalore location. Im confused and HR's are not helping much to clarify this doubt. Can anyone help me out? IBM IBM Consulting ,
Hello folks, I am in free pool post lateral joining . Do anyone have any idea how much time i will get to find a project ? Designation - SA Another challenge - i had joined as base location kolkata but in the ADP video they are mentioning that i cannot reject any opportunities for location mismatch 🙄 . AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? Will the same fy22 form get submitted with me adding more self input to it or do I make a different copy of that original form and reconcile somehow?Accenture

The pretty stuff comes later. If you design in Figma, they have an awesome ‘Community’ tab feature with so many plug ins and free resources to download icons, mock-ups, anything you will need to help build your company’s brand, design system, etc
