Last year I got a 12% raise,
This year I got a 5% raise.
I am an SA, would you be satisfied?
I was given very high marks in my review, I feel like it's quite small, but I'm not sure if others experience a low raise after getting a bigger one.

Seeing many of the salaries posted in this bowl, I am extremely eagered to transition from the federal government. Any ideas and/or tips? I started as a student intern and I have transitioned into a specialist roal. This position requires me to be a jack of all trades and the pay maxes out at 87k. The federal government uses an old metric pay system called the GS scale that requires us to be within grade at minimum 52 weeks. I'm tired of waiting to get what I was promised/owed.
