Hi. When I got promoted to this Manager position, I was expecting to learn as I go and eventually establish a healthy team. 1 year in and I’ve had all 5 team members recruited on the team leave. 3 were promoted themselves, 1 left the company to join the marines, and 1 was let go. I’m left with one amazing employee, and I’m onboarding two at the moment. But It’s felt like constant hiring since i got the job and I’m not liking how this management position is feeling so far. What would you do?

How do you cope with not progressing in your career? I always thought I’d be making more strides at this point (early 30s).
