SO beyond frustrated with my work environment I think it may be time to leave for good. I returned from maternity leave after 4 years of working at my very old-school, boys club, nepotism-friendly company. I have received an offer from Oracle HSBGU. I have been asked to accept the offer which i did and now they are asking me to send current address for first day welcome kit. But, i still have 2 and half months notice period left in my current organization. I am consfused as why they are asking me these details now. Are they going to send me welcome kit before my join date in oracle? Even though i accepeted offer, its not yet final that i will join Oracle.

Recently, a month back I made a switch to a product based company/startup. For a month, I was getting to know their one of the product having tech stack as Java & Aws. Now after a month, I am being put in a new product completely based on golang & temporal.

My total exp is 3.8 years, since I have already spent 3.8 of my life in Java stack, would that be good for me if I make a switch to some other language or tech stack? I see, there are very few position for go.
