I see so high salary .. is it in every technology or particularly DevOps. Even senior manager doesn't get such salary so asking because it's written 8.5 YOE.

All solid offers, I see your confusion. What kind of role and responsibilities are you looking for? What are your long-term career goals. Projects are definitely an imp part of evaluating offers, but having a path towards clear career/title progression is also important

Does anyone have color on what comp would look like at Fidelity as an investment analyst for high yield bonds? Also, what’s the progression like and bonus structure? Have friends on the incubator side that have quoted super low bonus structure so curious if that carries over to other groups.

Hi Everyone,

Need some inputs before making an important decision.
I have offer from Cognizant and they are promising that next quarter they will initiate my Canada visa. They are giving assurance when I spoke to them over call. Also, my current employer Accenture is also saying the same to retain me. Can I believe Cognizant? Also, Canada onsite is best in which company - Accenture or Cognizant. Please suggest based on your experience.

Thanks in advance!

Possibly a dumb question but I’m new to buying fine jewelry. When you see items that are listed as fine jewelry at say Nordstrom’s how is that different than the items at an actual jeweler? Is there a quality difference or something else? What about between a jewelry store like Mejuri and Tiffany’s? Are there tiers that I should be aware of (more concerned about levels of quality since I can Google prices but I know that’s not always a direct correlation lol) All insights would be appreciated!

As the job market recovers and tech talent becomes especially sought-after, some job seekers can be at a crossroads.

Fledgling startup or a big, established company: where would you work?

Working at a startup helps you pick up new cross-functional skills, forces you to dig deeper into your reserves, and allows leadership opportunities.

Big companies typically have a more structured path for career growth, offer benefits and perks to employees, and are perceived as more stable.
