HR said he will get back to me after contacting hiring manager and then after 2 days he said that they couldn’t revise salary as that was the max they can provide for that band. I’m a nurse I’ve been a nurse for officially a year . I’ve had 3 different nursing jobs and I’ve been payed differently in each job . I live in Texas in a larger city . My first job as a psych nurse I made 34 an hour but then on top 4 dollar night shift differential 7 patient ratio. Second job covid tester 40 an hour 5 8 hour shifts usually 100 pts a day. 3 rd job in a hospital in step down icu 32.50 an hour night shift differential 3 dollars( patient ratio is 1 to 4).

I am having doubts in my mind regarding a job offer. I have been working for more than 4 years in Accenture and now I am being promoted to analyst level in September. With market correction and promotion, I might get somewhere around 30% increment. However, wipro has given me an offer with around 55% hike on my current salary but on senior associate level only. Should I take that offer or stay at Accenture only?

How is Accenture Technology diff from Accenture Strategy? I had an offer from the former which I had rejected due to low hike given to me just 20% more. Now AS HR contacted me for an opening and he told me that they don’t mind taking my candidature forward as it’s diff from the tech. Also looks like their pay grade is much higher than Tech division.
