How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

I am starting an outsourcing IT Support company, and I want to hire people with autistic spectrum, since I am autistic myself. I would like to know if anyone is interested to invest on it, or if anyone would like to hire our services. The company is based in Colombia. Our website is repshome.com

I'm not in recruiting but I am in Ed Tech. My two tips for you are: (1) always have a bench. If your company will allow you to set up an internship program with local colleges and universities oh, you can use that as a recruiting ground for new hires when full-time positions become available. Those internships become 4 month long interviews and your hiring managers will be happy to know what they are getting. And (2) in any tech space, your best candidates are often your customers. In Ed Tech, you have a LOT of churn in education right now. There's a delicate balance of not taking away much needed educators, but find a way to tap the ones who are already leaving.
