I quoted my expected CTC but now I feel that I understated, keeping in mind the fact that I am up for appraisal, bonus due in May and also might have to switch cities for the new role, and my wife has to look for a job as well.

If I convert the offer, can I ask for more later?

Especially now that the day-to-day job responsibilities of an attorney and an paralegal are becoming increasingly blurred why not requalify to open up more money and opportunities seeing as you already have experience and connections.

I’m a former paralegal myself and not trying to imply they’re lesser than lawyers, I’m just curious about people’s reasonings.

I have an offer of 13.5 LPA Fixed. What will be my in hand salary per month?

I have worked as customer service advisor in TCS for over 3 years. My last ctc in TCS was 240000rs pa but in BT the HR has sent me an offer letter of 250000 cts. The HR said that they are giving 30% hike on the top of my basic salary which is 120000 in tcs. But the BT offer letter shows a basic salary of 112000. What should I do? BT British Telecom
