I am promoting my NFT collection with an Instagram page, but I have some doubts regarding IG algorithm.
As far as I know, replying to comments etc increases visibility, as it looks like it has more interaction.
However, I have many bots that automatically comments immediately every post telling me to DM them for promotion. How should I treat them? Should I reply something, or ignore them or block them? Not sure how IG algorithm would evaluate interacting with bots

Hello fishes. I'm a MBA graduate currently working as a digital marketing professional in a mid size consulting firm with 3 years of experience.
I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.
Am I asking too much or shall I take the offer of 7.5 LPA

I’ve been working as a contractor for 3 years renewed 6 times and they’ve been promising me a promotion to be hired full time for a while now without a raise. Finally I’m getting hired as a full time employee with benifits. One of the benefits is an annual bonus of 16%. This is 20k which is a lot of money for me. I’m devastated that I was told that I missed the cut off to qualify for the annual bonus by just 2 weeks. I’m told my start date is Monday, but I have yet to receive any paperwork.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? I’m in-house at a publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I am 2021 passout and currently working at Infosys as dse with 6.2Lpa since past 1.2yrs. Here I got trained on MERN but never got any project related to it, although I am interested in the same. At present, my manager assigned me in Equinox team where I'm getting training on a tool for just how to use it.

I work in Real Estate where we have muliple offices and they all want Facebook pages which currently is 10 separate Facebook pages......

So my question is if you do: are they all managed by someone in corporate or just in that office? And are there any requirements that the page has to meet like weekly posts or anything? Or do you even allow each office to have a page?
