Hello! I am currently a registered travel nurse but have been working on pursuing a career in Pharmaceutical sales for a while now. I have recently applied to some positions with Astrazeneca and Eli Lily company and I would be so grateful if anyone could provide me with a referral for these positions. I would be happy to send my resume and discuss why I feel I would make a great addition to these teams! Thank you!

Glassdoor and indeed are good sources for salary. You may be able to find the salary range for the specific role at that company.
I would look at Glassdoor and salary websites for a general idea. Also I would go based of your current salary. This is because a new job isn't worth it if you won't get compensated more. So what I do is i tack on a minimum of 3% for inflation and add an additional 10-15% depending on the roles and responsibilities of the new job. I make sure that this is in the salary range of the new position from public information.
Also any tips for entering the biotech/ r&d field are appreciated!!
