If a company decides to lay off it will do so regardless of your CTC. So what's the point of worrying about it now? If you tighten your skills then there's nothing much to worry.


Yes for sure the highly paid individuals will be in risk if market falls down


If we could all predict the future we'd be rich. I think the demand is high, and it will likely stay that way for at least the next 2-3 years. There is no going back to "normal" IMO
