I have 1 year and a half experience as a CSM and I’m native in Portuguese and fluent in Spanish, I’m also fluent in English.

Currently I have a 6 years experienced as a BA in capital markets and investment banking domain, I am getting an offer of a post of manager in hsbc in risk and complaince analytics, can anyone tell me what is this about? Should I change my domain from Capital markets to Complaince in banking, what is the future ? This post has lot of analytics skills required like knowledge of models etc, I do have knowledge in ML but dont know what kind of role in future I will get if I switch from this offer

should I learn Data Structure and algorithm before starting Leetcode?

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? My SO and his brother are both doctors and are mixed race. My SO looks black, while his brother could pass as Asian. It’s amazing the different experiences they have had with patients. While my SO has had patients request a different doctor, his brother has never experienced this. Hi, I am a healthcare worker looking to switch careers into CSM, but I’m having a hard time leveraging my experience appropriately. I feel that a lot of my soft skills are easily transferable, and any hard skill can be learned fairly quickly. I feel like I can’t seem to even land an interview because my resume doesn’t have any customer success or account management titles so recruiters don’t even care. Has anyone transitioned in CSM from a completely different industry? How did you do it?

What’s the groups consensus on what could be a misleading job posting? The post below is for a Director level role, but if you read the req. you’ll notice that it’s actually a CSM role with a vague assurance that you may move up to Director… Personally, this kind of stuff grinds my gears.
