Deloitte GPS Business Analyst vs Mercer Health Consulting Analyst?
Deloitte's offer is 7K more and in a cheaper area. Equal interest in both jobs, slight preference for Mercer for people + culture. Leaning towards Mercer because I graduate in Dec and can start in Jan vs having to wait until next summer for Deloitte + location (although higher COL)

Do you have/want roommates?
Yes! I'm open to having 1-2 roommates.
I was also recommended Miscela in Assembly Square which is by the Orange Line, but I'd also like to add that I'm looking to be in a complex / area with a lot of young professionals in their 20s/30s as I'm moving here from California and looking to make some friends!
Yeah, I’m at Nova Brighton. I’m in a spacious 2 bed/2 bath for $3,450 total - I split rent and pay $2k myself.
Ava and Avalon North Point will both be right on green line when it reopens soon. Friend who lives there really likes it
Hubhouse or avenir
I lived at hub house and while it has nice amenities, the walls are thin and you can constantly hear your neighbors of they’re being even a little loud.
I’m at the Sudbury and think it’s great. Orange line is here and think it’s not too far from the green (though haven’t searched)

660 Washington is one of the more affordable buildings in the area, people get scared off by the college kids but you get a deal as a working professional, rooms and apts are bigger than most buildings in the area. Kensington across the st is a bit nicer in general areas but apts are smaller.
