Hi Fishes,
Anyone here at Luxoft with permanent remote ? I got an offer. Will they ask to come to office at any point ? What about job security at Luxoft ? HR mentioned 8 hours per day and no need to enter timesheet, time will be auto captured. That means like we can't be away from the system at all ? Please help.
Thanks

No country is safe :)
-US&C, Australia/NZ - We have seen many examples which shows that racism (attacks) is common there, healthcare, etc is tough and extremely expensive.
-Europe: You're right. NATO thing is concerning indeed. But in terms of racism, or any other things... Europe is one if the most safest place with best and affordable healthcare, Education.
-India (my favourite - although I stay in Abroad too) - Do you even consider India safer? I know there is no better feeling than being at home but if you talk technically and observe things around - Fights, Conflicts over Religion is becoming common day by day. Relationship with neighbouring countries (Pak, China) is not so good and trustworthy either.
-Middle East - is not secular either.
So technically I believe, you'll not find any absolute answer or any country the best. Always a tradeoff situation while taking a decision. Its just a mindset (i.e. No country is safe or All countries are safe and perfect to live). Explore and Evolve :)
