6.5 YOE going to HC for an L4 Supply Chain role in the Bay. Based on my research and people I know I was going to target $250k TC. Does 140k salary, 21k bonus (15%), and $350k in equity feel right? I got my 1st pay slip and wanted to get clarity that whether Employer Contributions towards PF is a part of our CTC that is being shared in the Offer Letter or not?

I can see from the calculations that I did is Employee contributions PF adds up to total amount which is mentioned in the offer letter.

Employer contributions is on top of it looking at the payslip.

Is it average to hit Consultant to M promo in 2 years? Spent the entire last year working solid 65+ hour weeks across delivery, BD work, community of practice, mentoring, etc, to try to craft the perfect story. Got DA tag last year and at progression point B. Had a call with my CC yesterday and she said we can try for accelerated progression and that she would not put me up for promo. Hi , i am having 3 yoe and have an offer from cts having joining date as 8 june but i want to resign on 15th march and not before that due to some project reasons . So my LWD becomes 13 June if i put resignation on 15th march which is more than my joining date 8 june .so what should i do in this situation i have already mailed my assigned recruiter at cts to extend my joining date but getting no response .
