I used to work as a presentation designer in an investment bank, frankly, i was not good in design at all, but I did have extensive knowledge in PowerPoint & I was quite a detail-minded person so I was quite competent at that tome.

Started a role in a brand new creative agency. ( brand new in this city but established in an another country)

The employer said I will be paid weekly but now after my first week, he said that they have to skip a week to align with the payroll.

I’m a junior product designer with 1.5 years of experience currently applying for new jobs. I’m entering the negotiation phase of the hiring process and wanted to get an idea of what a reasonable salary would be for a Associate/Intermediate product designer based in Vancouver?
