Anyone ever wonder why it’s so hard for some sales leaders to understand the simple concept of leading by example? I see this all to often where leaders bark orders at their teams however don’t “practice what they preach.” I wonder why that is….those that lead by example get the buy in from their teams and inject energy and positivity into their sales systems that results in overall higher closing rates! Where do you draw the line of leading by example and delegating….thoughts?

Has anyone ever read a business parable with their team? I’m going to start doing this three times a year and would love to hear some tips on how to make the follow up calls, worth while.

Work is fully remote and team is global.

I worked at a larger credit union. I was a regional manager overseeing 130 people and ten branches. I managed about 2 billion in assets. Sales and service had massive growth in my area.
