My SM is super nice and supportive about me being on this client long-term, but I’m starting to feel bad. Planning to put my 2 weeks notice in soon. I got a job with the federal government. I think? All the paperwork is completed, got email confirmation that background and suitability cleared, but still don’t have a final offer. Anyone know of this happening to someone and them NOT getting the job? I need to give notice ASAP but everything I’ve read says to wait until you get the formal offer and time just keeps ticking.
