Needed some insights on the salary range/band for a senior con Data engineer with 7 yoe.

Current ctc 20.5 LPA ( due for a revisal.. Will go approx 24.5 LPA post assuming annual hike of 20% (which I feel is very low and would want to negotiate internally)

Also please suggest how much should I ask for based on my yoe and role.

I have a SM grade level with 13 years of experience as an IT Architect. I have joined Cognizant 3 years ago and my current salary is at 85k which is not that attractive to me. So I am thinking of leaving Cognizant as an Employee and keep my engagement as a Freelancer. Knowing that I have a good blueprint at my Practice. Been rated at 5 last year, and contributing in several projects which generates a good revenue for the practice.
What’s your view on the Freelance switch ? Cognizant will accept?

Is 90K a reasonable ask for a Mid-Level CW in LA?

McKinsey 🐠, any intel on the Practice Manager role? I've had a phone screen and been invited to interview, but I know little about the role. Sounds mostly internal, but they can deploy PMs to projects if needed. How is pay and WLB? Is this kind of role suitable for people with top 10 MBAs and client facing consulting experience at a non-MBB firm?

So I’m the COO of a medical specialty practice for 5 years now and I’m looking to compare salaries. I’ve worked my butt off to my current role. I have 21 years of orthopedic and podiatry experience. I’m well versed in patient care, medical billing and practice management. I built the practice that I’m at, completely myself, logo, color palettes, forms, vendors, staff, all of it. I have Tons of knowledge and proven experience but no college degree.

It’s been painfully slow this past month in my department (corporate law) and I had low hours throughout the summer. I’ve never refused work and have always sent an email to partners when I had slower months asking for more work. I’m definitely not going to hit my target. Should I be worried? I know I’m not the only one in this position but it’s still nerve wracking. Any advise on how to control your anxiety during those times?

Hi Folks, got offer from tw. Can TW revise offer without counter offer in hand, if I tell HR I am not happy with the offered salary. I accepted the offer as I was desperate and got very less hike. It bothers me a lot. As TW has employee centric policy will HR consider my request.
