What to do when a client ignores the logo designs I’ve sent and instead downloads one from Shutterstock?
For context, this client changed the name of his company after the first 2 rounds of logo designs I sent. Then he sent me a Shutterstock image as reference for the new brand name, I used that as inspiration for a new round of designs and sent it. No feedback on those designs, just “let’s use the Shutterstock image.” (More in comments)

I joined Accenture few days back as level 9. Till now didn't get any project. I have one more offer from another company and have not told them that I joined Accenture.
Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?
I am worried since I joined Accenture as level 9 team lead and what if they fire me? Or map to some irrelevant project?

I have been allocated to a project and it starts tomorrow, no one from the project reached out to me yet. I did try to ping one of the concerned person but didn't get a reply back. I am not sure what to do now. If someone has some suggestions. How does it work in here?

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? I work in marketing within a small team. Just myself, my manager and a part time designer that I personally manage. My manager doesn’t seem to do much work. He never tells me what he’s working on, provides no instructions, guidance or feedback, and in our weekly standup he will just list out the tasks I am personally working on. It’s a lot on my plate as I handle socials, email marketing and copyrighting, yet he gets a lot of my credit but he’s not doing anything? This is my 1st job.

I interviewed for TCS on 11 Aug'21 & finished with TR & MR round which went pretty good. I was requested to upload documents next day on Ibegin Portal & received my salary breakup & call on 28th Aug from HR which I accepted.
I am still waiting for offer letter & status on Ibegin is showing Evaluation in progress. HR recruiter is saying he is still waiting for approval.

How much time should it ideally take for offer to generate?

I gave interview in TCS got selected, HR sent CTC breakup around 60% hike. Then after 1.5 month she said didn't get approval and dropped candidature. Now after 2 months she called again and offered 30% hike.
I don't have any other offer in hand. Should I accept the offer or re-negotiate? Or simply say no!
