If I’m doing an onsite interview for Accenture Strategy, should I expected a case interview and a MD “confirmation” interview on the same day instead of going onsite twice?

I tested positive for covid using a rapid test a couple months ago but now I am experiencing Covid symptoms again. I am going to take another test (PCR this time) to see if I am somehow positive again. Has anyone heard of this? Can you test positive for Covid yet again in such a short period?
