I gave a interview in Capgemini recently, was informed 4 days earlier that Technical round has been cleared. But still has not heard from HR. How long do they usually take?

Corporate suggested me for a DON position in TX. I currently live in SD and work as ADON. Corporate said minimum salary would be 115k. Then flew me there for 2 weeks to see the building (nursing home). They all loved me, as does corporate. But my offer today was 90k. When I said I was told 115k they countered with 100k. I said I’d think about it over the weekend but really am looking for at least 110k. Have to sell my house and move and rebuy w higher interest rates. What do you think??

Been practicing a year now. Of 6 attorneys, 4 will be retiring soon, and I was brought in to hopefully take over. I am troubled: first that my partners largely provide me with no guidance. They handed me a client with a large quantity of fairly straightforward casework and have been hands off since. There also hasn’t been any talk of a raise/performance review. Samco is not ready to match current market standards for its software developers during appraisal . Hence I resigned . Got a 12LPA offer from learningMate as Team lead.
Currently service notice at samco but the only problem is , these people pay half of the salary during the notice period .
