So the problem is I got an offer from TCS with a 35% hike in Jan. And as per our discussion I should have resigned from my current company in Jan itself and serve 90 days notice period to join TCS in April.
But somehow on discussing with my current manager, I didn't resigned from TechM.
And also I didn't inform TCS that I won't be joining.

I was forcefully allocated to a support project ,now i have cleared digital exam, but when i asked my HR, she is asking me to stay till 1 year in the project for getting release, since my digital cadre depends on bands i have decided to stay till i get band.

My concern is that what would be the best course of action if i lose my digital cadre due to a bad band or i will not be able to get release from this project ? Can a 1 yoe switch ?
