Hi fish - I just received a request for evidence for my medical form I-693. However, I have submitted my medical form back in April with the rest of the i-485 application. The medical form was signed, sealed, and dated March 2021. Anybody experienced this before?

Does anyone know of any companies that offer senior travel/medical insurance (81+) or have any other recommendations? Or does she just come without travel insurance?

PSA: Two years ago I had a nervous break down on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. An intense deal I was leading closed and I felt relief but I couldn't stop crying. It’s been a whole year of just waiting for a reschedule date, so the I-485 is transferable (e.g. to another state, another employer). Has anyone transferred their i-485 to another employer? What was that process like? Would my process start from the interview phase? How did you prove that the next job was in the same category? I recently received an offer from a competitor with a promotion to my existing role and close to 50% hike. PwC is about to file my I140 in premium now and now I am caught up in 2 minds. Would I wait for another 180 days to make sure that my I140 technically cannot be revoked or do i risk joining the new firm ? The new firm would start my GC process after 6 months of joining and my H1 max out period is in July 2024.
