Hi All, I had successfully completed my interview with TCS. My profile got selected. I have 7 years of experience and before starting my career in IT I worked as a lectur in a college for 3 years ( from 2013 - 2015). I have included those details also in Ibegin portal under Non IT experience. In college they used to give salary by hand and I used to get 8k-10k per month. I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I didn't ask to increase the amount or JB and I strongly believe I informed early so they can look for other candidates. Is this bluff? Any HR here to clarify
