Recently i have seen many associates are complaining about work pressure at Infosys. The working environment has gotten worse. People are working 18 hrs per day and even on weekends. Its not specific to a project or vertical. Many of my friends resigned just because of no wlb there. What could be the cause of this? Is it really possible that Infosys will collapse soon. Hi Fishes, im currently in energy consulting domain. 6 yr YEO. Non IT background with PG. took up a course on advanced certifn. in DS and AI w Intellipaat in the hopes of a hike or a possible career transition. CTC is 7.9 .

Hi all , I am in bit of confusion myself . I have got 2 job offer. Company A - x +( 50k var) lpa and company B -( x+1lac) fixed.
I really like company A and want to re-nogotiate with company A to match up with company B.
Now I fear that If i try to re negotiate with company A , are they going to withdraw their offer (have already accepted their offer).
