Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

“Future of ABAP” has been quite a question since it’s inception, and it’s been with the SAP world for decades, although undergoing a lot of changes, shows it is going to be still there at least in your career life.
On the other hand, ECC is already becoming obsolete and companies are transitioning towards S/4 HANA, meaning you must too learn ABAP on S/4 HANA. Having worked in ABAP on Cloud, BTP and S/4 HANA on Cloud will give you added advantage.
By the way, Side Car approach is just an enhancement approach among many others. Learn the core, and one or two business modules like SD, FI or processes like OTC, RTR, etc, then span to technologies and frameworks like CAP, AIF, OData, BRF+ and if you’d like to go full stack, UI5 with its bells and whistles too.
Never stop learning and always put your learning to practice wherever possible. My mentor has once told me - Till your 30, you go behind the learning opportunities so that warning opportunities will open their doors automatically hence forth.
