Hi Fisher’s I gave KT to my replacement 2 weeks ago and that replacement is asking for release too so my manager is pressuring to give proper KT to new replacement again as earlier was not efficient else they will not release me on time and escalated to HR. Is it a good time to switch?Or do some certificates and stuff and then leave, because the pay is not enough here.

I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.
