When is it a good time to start looking for a new job? This is still my first career job out of college. I have been here for 3 years now. The opportunities are great I love my company, the people I work with, the work life balance... however, the salary is slightly lacking (or am I wrong?). I have asked for salary raises, the most recent one was 9%, the other years the typical 2-4%. But, I’ve been seeing entry level right from college make as much as me now. Any advice or thoughts?

PSA: didn’t think anyone needed to hear this, but apparently many do. When you’re interviewing for a job you actually want, and the interviewer asks if you have any questions for them at the end, have questions ready, and legitimate ones. It’s a really bad look when candidates say “no I don’t have any questions,” or they ask something incredibly stupid like “what cool swag do you get?”

Looking at PR jobs in Massachusetts and I'm not sure about salary range. Making $37,000 right now in NC and have been at the same company for two years since graduating college (haven't received any raises during this time). I know cost of living is more in MA, but I'm not sure what I should be asking for.
