Hello All,
Need info about wellsfargo interview for senior sde role. I done my 1 tech round and result is positive, than done my second round technical+manager round. He is EM. He said in call itself every thing is good, i will ask hr to release offer. Than after some days hr connected me and ask to send all required doc to release offer, But after 4 days now Hr is saying that 1 more US round is need to schedule. HR interview has been scheduled.
I'm expecting around 16 Lpa.
As per my research avg CTC of Mbrdi is from 16 - 20 LPA.
Could you please help me with how can I negotiate here.

I am having around 7.5 yrs of experience. One offer with IBM (ISDL) ,role(senior staff engineer) is in pipeline. In what ranges do they offer ctc, please provide some insights, so that i can negotiate. I am excited for this role because i never had a chance to work in product company. The location is also not my native and i have been told wfh is not possible and ill have to relocate.

Could anyone please suggest which org would be better to join between Cognizant and Capgemini? Cognizant- 8.3lpactc (will have a counter offer) Capgemini- 9lpa ctc
Tech- Quadient Inspire (CCM domain)
Total exp- 2.8 yrs (Relevant- 1.8 yrs)

You can always negotiate with a counter offer but if there isn’t any counter then I would say this is a good offer for your experience and skill set.
