How to change my bank account detail in TCS. Now i m having HDFC bank for salary account. I want to change it to ICICI.

I left brillio last month on 14 sep but I dint got my salary for the days I worked in sep please anybody know that possibly why I dint got salary or will I be getting it with fnf if yes then when did should i expect to get fnf?

Last year I moved internally from a
Paralegal level 11 w/ 14 yrs exp at
$100k base + up to 8% bonus to my
current role as compliance manager
level 9 at $123k base + up to 35%
bonus. I was above cap in my prior
role and now my range is up to $138k
base. I'm being recruited to my old
team as a level 10
Manager with
same base/bonus as now but since it's
a lower level I will cap out within a
year. I always found the legal work
more interesting but limited in career
growth. Not sure what to do.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? I am working as Java/Spring-Hibernate developer for 3.10yrs.
Currently I have 2 offers with me,
1st from Bank Of America of 14 LPA fixed. Responsibilities as mentioned by Manager: To migrate the existing projects on Scala.
2nd from Deloitte India of 12.5 LPA fixed +3LPA bonus.
Designation : Consultant.
Please suggest what will be better option for me as this is my 1st switch from start of my career.

Imagine that your employer is very slow to backfill positions when people leave. Cross-functionally your company is already under-resourced. A fellow PM on your team resigns and your director asks you to fill that role until they can hire. Months go by and you are struggling to manage the work of 2 PMs, while recruitment efforts remain unsuccessful. Do you expect compensation for the extra (temporary) workload, given there is no end in sight? How do you approach that conversation?

Is it a trick by HR people to low pay you.
I was referred by a guy to EY GDS for chennai location. But HR says the opening is for Bangalore location, and quoting salary lesser than my expectation. I am 100% sure the position open for chennai also.
Same happens when a Bangalore guy applies for a job for banaglore based position, but EY HR is saying them the openings are available for chennai / Trivandrum ? Anyone experienced this?

Any idea on how to contact Capgemini HR for your offer ? I cleared the technical round, had sent them my documents and completed AMCAT test 2 days back. When I was following up on the status the HR with whom I had my salary discussion asked me to contact 2 other HRs. I only have their mail IDs . Now I am clueless about how to proceed . I had resigned from TCS during Mayl21...had got offer from KPMG...
But luckily I cleared Jan DCA and I got almost the same offer...they promised me that they'll change my project to BigData which they have...so I withdrew my resignation...

Now just yday I received an offer from LTI...
It's a good offer...
