Is it a sign to not leave yet if I’m hesitant to leave big law despite receiving offers at good companies? I am a junior associate that’s really burned out and yet I fear making the leap because of “missing” people I’ve worked with (who probably won’t remember me much) and all the hopes I had for myself when I first summered. On my team, software engineers end up creating test cases by writing up step-by-step guides for each ticket. QA employees follow these and innovate them where they can - but they ultimately need SEs to provide them A LOT.

This process seems dumb - the test cases disappear after the ticket is completed and I feel like QA isn't much of a professional role if they just follow guides provided to them.

Trying to figure out how to rewrite my resume to get into an entry level PR position after 7 years as a Paralegal/Legal Secretary. My undergraduate major is in Communications already, but I was in the legal field as part of the family business. I know some core skills transfer over such as writing, analyzing and researching, but how do I make those skills marketable in a PR setting?

I'm also taking some Coursera classes relating to PR/Social Media marketing to refresh my memory from college.

Can’t decide on a job offer. Currently employed and have been wanting to do something different. The other job offer is pretty much what I make now but I’d be losing on a lot of PTO. I kind of feel really confused about what to do. The hiring manager actually picked up on the fact that I don’t sound super excited for the job.
