1. Product strategy / management role
2. Nyc based, <~50% in office or remote
3. Strong brand in product or tech
4. $300-350K+ TC
5. (Nice to have) people leader role, because that's one of my strengths.

And if not unreasonable, what companies to look at outside of MAANG?

I’m getting ready to start my FT position as a HUC (Health Unit Coordinator) in Labor and Delivery. I know it will be a while before I do anything of the sort, or IF I do anything of the sort. But I wondered if there were any other HUCs on here who crosstrained? (Wether as a PCT Patient Care Tech, Medical Records, or Telemetry?) was it worth it?

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. So the question is do I stay where I'm not thrilled to be now because it's good experience to set me up for the dream job next time there's an opening, or do I leave now to an option that's better pay and more interesting but farther off the path towards my long term goal?

I want my next job to be a carefully thought out and deliberate decision. Will I hurt my career by taking this time off?
