I always have to go back and audit my commission pay because it’s never correct. A year ago when I found out that I could actually do that, I was a little bummed I’ve been missing out on that for months . My manager said “well it’s your paycheck”. My first sales job I never had to do worry about getting paid correctly. I’d like to think that companies take responsibility for paying their employees accurately and fairly. I got offer from PWC for 14LPA. My CCTC is 9.6LPA. I am expecting more they said max we can give 14LPA. And I asked for JB HR said if I join soon then they can give JB. In my organization NP is 90 days.
My question is should i push for more salary? I am expecting alteast 16-18 LPA
