I recently realized that I no longer want to work with a partner ( Partner A). Partner A became a partner 2 years ago but still works like a senior manager and tries to micromanage everything. Partner A is also very slow in reviewing the work which results in delays in deliverables. I always had a great relationship with my clients but this is causing issues. So I was just offered a staff 2 role at EY, when I interviewed for a Senior role. I have 4YOE in legal contracts and 5 YOE of management and transactions. The job requires a a JD as well. Is this a fair offer?

I got selected in KPMG and getting a good 70% hike but i think i lowballed myself when the HR once again asked yesterday if i'm okay with the package. I immediately said i'm okay as they already accepted my initial quote and pushing them for more would be a greedy move.

but the thought that i could have gone for a higher package if i wasnt overwhelmed by their "we care for you" gesture is making me anxious.
