My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? My wife and I are considering relocating to a new city. I’ve been working with a recruiter who (I thought) gave me a good lay of the land. Which firms to meet with re lateral opportunities, which to avoid, etc. I’ve since spoken with a friend who has connections at other firms that could be a better fit. Hi Fishers, What can my expected CTC be for a PO role at Servicenow? My current profile is 6 years experience with 19 LPA. I have couple of offers with 23LPA and 25 LPA.

Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)

I’m worry that I still have like 45 years more to be retired and can’t stop working because I have a f* mortgage to pay 😭 I have a super ergonomic workstation, but I know my hand needs a long rest, and I can’t do it… Does anyone relate? My husband and I want to start a family so in preparation for pregnancy I tried lowered my Vyvanse dose from 40 mg to 30 mg to see if I could get by on lower dose. I feel like I’m not even taking medicine at all. When you lowered a dose did you get used to this feeling or should I know right away that this isn’t going to work? I feel withdrawal like my brain is slow and I can’t keep a thought in my mind long enough to finish the thought. I’m on day 4 and it sucks!

What are people’s ADHD med schedules like? I’d love to have coverage that lasts all day, but still lets me sleep.

Taking Concerta in the AM doesn’t give me enough coverage for the whole day. I take it the moment my alarm goes off in the morning at (usually) 6am. Which is great for my morning, but by 3pm I’m starting to fray apart, bouncing around between tasks and getting progressively more distractible and demotivated.

Cut to now, though I am well sought after for my skills and consistently got 25%+ bonus, I feel I have achieved nothing cuz I didn't get the promotions that I worked for, people have been chosen over me for overseas travel and destroyed my social life.
