I have an interview for a LTC/Rehab Nurse Manager, Infection Preventionist position next week. My base salary is $40/hour as a charge nurse. What CTC can we expect for B3 under project streams. Does anyone heard about differed bonus in Wipro? Is that one time or we will be getting for the entire tenure in Wipro.

Is high turnover expected for startups or are these just red flags in general? The company I'm interviewing with said their Front End Dev "left them" and one of the items on the job description says verbatim "anything else required by manager". The salary range they gave was "anywhere between 70k and 125k". Out of desperation I named a range in the middle of that. Am I screwed? Should I run away?

I am thinking about moving to a startup as chief of staff after 2 years of post MBA consulting experience.

What’s the difference between being an account strategist vs. account manager (ad sales) in terms of responsibility and pay at Google? I’ve been scouring all sorts message boards, indeed reviews, and Glassdoor - can’t seem to find much detail on this. Has anyone had success reducing or getting off stimulants? I been on vyvanse for 10 years and now at a pretty high dose (60mg). I feel fine when I take 60mg but my concern is if I don’t take that much I feel barely functional and I don’t want to go any higher in future years. Not taking on weekends basically requires me to just lay in bed all weekend.

On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? I hate that I will come nowhere close to goal...
