No promotion / low hike. In other words you have given them an excuse to impact your appraisal.

Has anybody broken employee contact specifically for HCA?
On my contract, it states that I need to stay for 2 years with HCA. If I don't I will have to pay back 4K for the Nurse Residency Program.

Does anyone have experience with not paying them back?

P.S. I have been with HCA for one year, and I can not do it anymore.

Has anyone recently made the switch to in house and now feel unorganized and less productive than when billing hours? For what it is worth, I’ve received good reviews and my superiors seems to be pleased with my work. No hike letters today? For anybody?

uplifting

Something about me is both a curse and a blessing - I can't ignore what is not clear, logical, aligned, and simple. Even if that means that I have to work several minutes or hours extra on a document or an email. Things bother me if they aren't as expected. Unless I understand something clearly, I can't let it go. This is what helped me excel at studies. At work, my obsession makes it hard for people around me. If people complain about me, should I just let it go or change my approach?
