Looking for a Job, i can join immediately expecting 18LPA, current 16LPA
Experience: 5.1Years
Skills: Kotlin, Java, Data structures

I'm working in a company that I like, but I'm been quite underpaid. We recruited a new recruiter with a salary 25% more than the one I'm in. I've been approached by other companies, but I wouldn't like to leave, the only reason I would consider moving to a new job is the salary. Should I be open and discuss it with my LM? The formal salary review process is approaching in 2 months, but no way I could get a good salary increase in the formal process, I believe the max could be 6%-7%.

Can someone tell me what would be my in hand of base salary as 17.75 Lakhs offered by Amazon.
Also if it's worth joining as BIE as level 4 after 4 years of experience.
