I will be teaching 5 th grade social studies. I have only taught in a self contained class so not sure what to do for my classes. Do they need homework folders, class work folders etc. ?

My male boss takes the easy way out and re-uses “strategies” over and over, or he takes my work for one account and shoddily uses it for another. He gets frustrated with me when I point this out or question how he’s approaching a client problem. Others in the agency now come to me because they don’t like working with him. I don’t want to work for him anymore, but I also don’t think I want to leave the agency. I do get a lot of autonomy but seeing his output compared to mine is so frustrating.
